Sessions are delivered live online at scheduled times. We may adjust schedules for holidays or emergencies with notice.
3. Purchases and billing
Fees are disclosed before checkout. Taxes may apply. You authorize charges to the payment method you provide.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before a session for a full credit or refund. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt sessions, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate policies.
6. Educational disclaimer
We provide educational support and do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.
7. Intellectual property
Materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and may be used only for personal, non-commercial learning at home.

9. Changes
